Neil began his career in banking in 2000 as a Consumer Lender. He transitioned to commercial lending in 2008 and specializes in equipment financing, commercial real estate, SBA 504 loans, and lines of credit. His customer portfolio includes a wide range of industries and business sizes.
Neil grew up in Oak Grove and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in finance. His local roots and experience growing up in a family business allow Neil to uniquely guide, advise, and understand the challenges of running a small business in today's economic environment.
When asked to choose his favorite part of being a commercial lender at The Bank of Elk River, Neil expressed his passion for developing relationships with both customers and coworkers. "I have found that I am better equipped to formulate a comprehensive plan for growth when I take the initiative to build relationships and fully understand each customer's business."
