Dusty joined The Bank of Elk River in 2005 and has been a Commercial Lender since 2013. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate Financing, Equipment Loans, and SBA 7(a) and 504 Loans.

Growing up in rural Iowa, Dusty worked a variety of jobs at a young age including farming, construction, and grocery. His experience in various labor industries not only contributes to his strong work ethic today but also his respect for business owners.

Dusty is inspired by opportunities to learn from the real experiences of business owners and being able to assist in energizing their plans and ideas by crafting sound business deals.

Dusty was named 2018 Young Professional of the Year from the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce for his extensive involvement within the community. He volunteers his time with the Elk River Chamber of Commerce, Leader Labs Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, and is a Shiver Elk River co-founder.
