Becky started her career in banking at age 16 and never looked back. After earning a degree in business and marketing, she expanded her banking knowledge by working in positions throughout the bank; Commercial Administrative Assistant, Personal Banker, Credit Analyst and Commercial Lender. This wealth of experience has lead Becky to be recognized as a proven and experienced Vice President of Commercial Lending and as a Top Woman in Finance award-winner. This prestigious award is only given to the top 50 women in the state of MN for their outstanding efforts in their fields on an annual basis.

Becky's experience working with business owners, including being involved with her family's local business, allows her to understand the details of owning a small business. I find that my unique experience allows me the opportunity to come alongside a business owner and truly understand their situation," explains Becky.
Becky has a passion for giving back to her community and has been Chairperson for the Crown Christian School School Board since 2014 and has been part of the Economic Developement Authority Board for Isanti County since 2009.
