Banking Services Update
At The Bank of Elk River, you are our first priority. We understand your finances and your need for access. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding social distancing and coronavirus (COVID-19), we are temporarily closing all of our lobbies. However, we want to assure you that we can continue to serve you in numerous ways.
ALL BANK LOBBIES ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED – EFFECTIVE MARCH 18, 2020
Although we have temporarily closed our lobbies, our drive-thrus will remain open for business. Our team is available to support you in-person (by appointment only) and by telephone, email, and drive-thru during business hours. We encourage customers with complex transactions, safe deposit box needs, or new account assistance to call us. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 763.241.8522 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to schedule an appointment.
Drive-thru Hours:
- Main Street – 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F
- School Street – 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. M-F and 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday
- Otsego – 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. M-F and 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday
- Zimmerman – 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. M-F and 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday
We sincerely appreciate your patience as wait times may increase at our drive-thrus. As always, you can visit any of our Bank of Elk River ATMs or the 32,000 MoneyPass ATMs across the country for access to cash and to make deposits.
